A one-of-a-kind Spicy Mango Chutney featuring heirloom Kashmiri chili peppers grown on a family farm in Pampore, Kashmir and sourced by my friends at Burlap & Barrel, a single origin spice company. My recipe is inspired by my grandmother’s and features juicy ripe mangoes, golden raisins, fresh ginger, lemon juice, warming spices and the sweet heat of the Kashmiri chili.
Pair with curry, cheese and crackers, fancy grilled cheese, grilled meats like pork. Also great as a glaze for a number of protein recipes or an ingredient to flavor a dressing.
