We are excited to share a new coffee from Honduras from the well-known region, Santa Barbara. This is our first year buying coffee from here and we are happy to explore different areas of Honduras. Danny is part of the larger Moreno family of producers who is very well known in the area for producing high-quality coffee. Danny's Pacas is a really clean, approachable, and balanced coffee. We find a floral aroma, with flavors of graham cracker, slight plum, and grape as well as green tea and honey.
